MN Logistics is an international logistics company with Chinese roots and a strong presence in the Netherlands. We specialize in B2B warehousing solutions and act as a freight forwarder, helping businesses set up and manage their supply chains in Europe. Our team is a mix of Dutch and Chinese professionals working together to connect Europe and Asia through smart logistics.
What you will Do
As our Logistics Intern, you will support the daily logistics and supply chain operations. Your main tasks include:
- Helping plan and coordinate orders and deliveries
- Finding new partners for transport and warehousing
- Communicating with suppliers, clients, and freight forwarders
- Supporting invoice creation and maintaining rate agreements
- Monitoring special shipments (e.g. ADR, frozen/cooled goods)
- Tracking logistics performance (on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, damages)
- Creating and checking shipping documents (e.g. bills of lading, customs forms)
- Reporting damages and proposing process improvements
- Learning about customs regulations and international logistics
What we are looking for
- Currently studying at HBO level
- Background in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements
- Fluent in English (Dutch or Chinese is a plus!)
- Can work indepently
