Frequently asked logistics questions
FAQ
Can you connect European warehousing with customs and trucking?
Yes. MN Logistics connects container handling, storage, customs requirements and onward transport in one coordinated plan. The scope is agreed for your goods, route and delivery requirements.
Where can I store goods arriving in Rotterdam?
MN Logistics arranges warehousing in Rotterdam, the rest of the Netherlands and Germany. The suitable storage and handling depend on your products, volumes and required storage period. Send the expected arrival, customs status and delivery destinations so we can discuss the requirements.
Can you unload a container and store the goods on pallets?
We assess container unloading, palletising and storage requirements before confirming the operation. Share the container type, packing method, quantities, goods and any handling restrictions.
Should I choose bonded or regular storage?
That depends on the goods’ customs status, destinations, release schedule and total administration costs. Read our bonded versus regular warehousing guide or contact us with your import flow.
What information do you need for a proposal?
Send the origin, arrival terminal and date, goods description, container or pallet quantities, dimensions and weight, customs status, storage period and delivery destinations. Include special handling or hazardous-goods information where relevant.
Can you support phased European deliveries?
We can assess a flow with storage and releases to different customer destinations. The handling, customs and transport arrangements are agreed for each release schedule.
What information is needed for a transport enquiry?
Send the loading and unloading addresses, required dates, goods description, number of packages or pallets, dimensions and weight. Include requirements for temperature control, ADR or a time-critical delivery.
What information is needed for hazardous goods storage?
Provide the safety data sheet (SDS), quantities, packaging, required storage period and UN number where applicable. We assess suitable conditions and handling before acceptance; ADR transport is assessed separately.
