Hybrid working: 80% at the office, 20% from home.
Applicants must live in the Netherlands, in the Capelle aan den IJssel region.

What will you do?
- Review, check, and record purchase and sales invoices in our financial systems
- Support the periodic VAT review and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage and actively follow up on trade receivables and trade payables
- Collaborate with suppliers and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for audits and internal reporting
- Support the team in implementing improvements to optimize financial processes and increase efficiency
- Assist in onboarding new clients and suppliers by ensuring financial data and invoicing procedures are properly set up
Who are we looking for?
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Dutch is a plus but not mandatory)
- Based in the Netherlands
- Experience in financial administration (1–3 years preferred)
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems (Exact, Lyanthe, Nmbrs)
- Accurate, organized, and proactive in following up on outstanding issues
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who values collaboration, clarity, and accountability
